I’m using small kibble, and it does get stuck in the grooves. But honestly, it didn’t help with my pet’s fast eating that causes vomiting. Not sure if it’s because the grooves are too shallow or something else. The only reason my pet slows down is probably because the food doesn’t pile up in the center like a U-shaped bowl — not really because of the little bumps. Also, it’s kinda tough to clean.
This bowl is awesome! My fur baby used to gulp down food like there was no tomorrow — several pieces in one bite! But now, she eats one kibble at a time. It really helps slow her down, and that’s so much better for her digestion. Total game changer!

Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
